Due to the digital nature of our educational products and immediate access to course materials, refund requests are only eligible for this product under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.
- Less than 10% of the course content must have been completed or accessed.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of enrollment or after more than 10% of the course has been completed/accessed will not be approved.
